Please contact us for your consultation and price quote. The chart below displays basic rate guidelines however, we do offer varying rates depending on the type of business or organization you are in. (example, churches, non-profits, and some small businesses, qualify for lower rates).

All website maintenance levels include FREE monthly website submission to major internet search engines! Which means, each month, we will submit your website URL address to search engines so that when clients do searches for your site...They will easily find it! Hours per month will be divided over 4 weeks. For example Maintenance level “1” with 5 hours of maintenance per month will estimate about 1 hour and 15 minutes per week of maintenance. The Monthly Fee will be charged in full hour increments. For example, assuming level “1” maintenance is selected, consisting of 5 hours per month however ALL maintenance is performed in 4 hours and 25 minutes, you will be charged for 5 hours. ** Any maintenance in addition to the maintenance level chosen will incur the additional maintenance charges outlined according to your maintenance level selection. For example, assuming level "3" maintenance is selected, consisting of 15 hours per month and we are asked by you to do 3 additional hours of maintenance, you will be charged $30.00 per hour.

Don't want to worry about monthly invoices and stacks of paper....Sign up for our recurring subscription payments. The maintenance level subscription you select will be billed to the credit card you specify once every 30 days! Use the chart above to determine which maintenance level you are purchasing. (Additional maintenance will be billed separately from your monthly maintenance fee however, you can still log in to pay your invoice online). Credit Card payments are made possible via Paypal.com.
