ONE -
You
contact C & S Designs.
Step
TWO -
We
do a short phone consultation to find out what type of website you want
(business, personal, temporary site, etc).
We
set up a time to meet with you the same week (if schedules permit) to
begin your full planning consultation of your website. If you are
not in the State of Oklahoma we are capable of doing consultations via
phone, fax and e-mail, messenger pigeons (just kidding).
Step
THREE -
Within
2-4 days of your consultation, we design a FREE temporary site
that we call a "mock site" that you can use to show your
business partners or other interested parties. We understand that
some companies or agencies need time to discuss or gain approval of
other individuals. Your "mock site" can remain active up
to 14 business days!
Within
2-4 days we get back with you with our proposal and price quotes.
Step
FOUR -
If
you approve us to design and maintain your site, you sign our
maintenance agreement and pay your set up fee and first month's
maintenance and the building process begins!
Step
FIVE -
Our
relationship as family continues, we maintain and monitor your site on a
regular basis. You literally no longer have to worry about your
website. We will stay in close contact with you to ensure that
your site information remains current and is updated on a regular basis.
Got an idea and want us to add it to your site. As our client, you
will have a private client only phone number, fax and e-mail to
communicate your ideas to us. This means you always have direct
access to us whenever you need to reach us!
